DATA UNLIMITED INC. — OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

1. Eligibility

The contest is open to individuals worldwide. Entrants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian assist with the submission and agree to these Official Rules on their behalf. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries from companies, organizations, or groups are not eligible. Employees, contractors, family members, or close associates of Data Unlimited Inc. are not permitted to enter.

2. Submission Requirements

To enter, create an account on our website, visit the contest page, click “Enter To Win”, and follow the instructions to upload your artwork. There is no cost to enter.

All submissions must be original artwork created solely by you. The following are not allowed:

• AI‑generated artwork

• Copyrighted or trademarked material

• Artwork created by another person

For best quality, we recommend exporting your artwork at 300 DPI in JPEG or PDF format, with a maximum file size of 8 MB.

3. Prizes

Winners will receive:

• Recognition on our website and social media platforms

• A $100 store credit redeemable on our site

• A FREE printed poster of their winning design

Prizes have no cash value and are non‑transferable.

4. Deadline & Winner Announcement

All entries must be submitted by September 7th. Winner will be selected based on audience votes, likes, and overall engagement on our Facebook page. All contestant designs will be featured in a dedicated album on our Facebook page for voting and viewing.

There will be approximately two weeks of voting period. Voting will close on September 21st. Winners will be announced that week!

5. Rights & Usage

You retain full ownership and copyright to your artwork. By entering the contest, you grant Data Unlimited Inc. a perpetual, worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to display, reproduce, modify, distribute, and use your submission for promotional, commercial, and marketing purposes across all platforms.

6. Judging & Voting Rules

This is a public voting contest. Data Unlimited Inc. will create a Facebook album containing all eligible entries. The design receiving the most legitimate likes during the voting period will be declared the winner.

Entrants are encouraged to share the post and invite friends and family to vote.

The following content is not permitted and will result in disqualification:

• Nudity

• Profanity

• Hate speech

• Inappropriate gestures or imagery

Data Unlimited Inc. reserves the right to accept or decline any submission at its sole discretion.

LEGAL PROTECTION CLAUSES

7. Agreement to Official Rules

By submitting an entry, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

8. Release of Liability

By participating, you release and hold harmless Data Unlimited Inc., its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the contest, including technical issues, submission errors, or third‑party actions.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Data Unlimited Inc. harmless from any claims that your submission infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party or violates any applicable laws.

10. Name & Likeness Permission

By entering, you grant Data Unlimited Inc. permission to use your name, and submitted artwork in promotional materials, announcements, and social media without additional compensation.

11. Disqualification Rights

Data Unlimited Inc. may disqualify any entry that:

• Violates these rules

• Contains prohibited content

• Appears fraudulent

• Manipulates votes or uses bots, fake accounts, or purchased engagement

All decisions are final.

12. Voting Integrity

Vote manipulation is strictly prohibited. Suspicious votes may be removed, and entries may be disqualified at the discretion of Data Unlimited Inc.

13. Privacy Notice

Information collected during entry (name, email, account details) will be used solely for contest administration, communication, and prize fulfillment. Data Unlimited Inc. will not sell or share personal information.

14. Right to Modify or Cancel

Data Unlimited Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time due to technical issues, fraud, or any factor affecting the integrity of the contest.

15. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is required to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

16. Void Where Prohibited

This contest is void where prohibited by law.

17. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
